Biography
Synthek is a Berlin based Dj and producer, owner of Natch Records and STK imprint. Always seeking for new influences, over the past years the style of his sets and productions faced a constant evolution, focusing on deep rhythmics and powerful, introspective vibes.
Following few successful eps on Natch Records, he released the debut album Unwise, in collaboration with the label partner Audiolouis. Unwise, seen as their last co-produced effort, got consecutively remixed by Polar Inertia, Antigone and
Varg among others.
Synthek started curating the booking of New Faces Wednesdays at Tresor Berlin since 2014, becoming a respected presence behind the decks of the legendary venue, especially for closing sets.
The idea of creating STK, a self titled imprint - home of his own productions only - gives him the freedom to experiment new approaches to music production and reshape his signature sound. The initial wave of 3 Eps 'VERSE', launched in July 2015, brought him to look slightly away from the dancefloor, and finally orienting towards mind-twisting and psychedelic compositions.
Beside STK,since his last appearance on Attic Music, for D.A.N.C.E 2, he released new material, like MRI Ep on the Russian label Wunderblock, a remix alongside Svreca on spanish Redpoint Alert, and a contribute for a compilation on OVUNQVE.
In the summer 2017, he brought up his biggest effort and second album (but first solo) “Transitions Of Life”, released on Natch Elements - an introspective extension of Natch Records - giving to the audience a real showcase of himself in any shades and details, followed by an incredible ep on Attic Music, to close his very productive and intense year.
